The interactive #personalbranding workshop for WiGH mentors and mentees with Mathilda Götz was a great success! ✨ This monday, Mathilda Götz, Business Development Lead at Munich Re’s New and Green Tech held our first personal branding workshop exclusively for mentors and mentees participating in our current #mentoring program. Mathilda combined her analytical skills with creative problem-solving skills to design the 'Be your trademark: Personal branding' workshop to help our mentors and mentees identify their unique value proposition in an interactive session. The mentees and mentors learned about ➡️Best practices and life hacks on how to get started, build an expert #network and increase the personal impact ➡️ The opportunity to work on these topics in small groups while at the same time making valuable connections ➡️ Tools to position women in #greenhydrogen as thought leaders in their specific areas of expertise With interactive exercises in breakout rooms, practical tips, and the possibility to receive feedback on questions, Mathilda shared best practices and methodologies on how to develop a #personalbrand, build up gravitas and visibility and make a lasting impression.
