This role means giving 3,500+ people in talent something useful to read every week; something they’ll actually want to share, not scroll past. 🤝 Commitment: - 3 posts a week across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Slack  - Educational content (eg. insights, templates, workshop highlights) - You can 100% use AI to research and scripting, but we want your voice, your judgement, and content that feels real - You’ll get access to our social platforms + Canva templates - You’ll work with me directly (hi, I’m Andreea) and help build the public voice of Talent Crunch We’re not looking for a growth hacker or “branding guru” 🧠.
