Yesterday afternoon WISTA SWITZERLAND, Cargill and IMD organised a workshop about “Harnessing Emotional Intelligence for Gender-Equitable Leadership” Dr. Silke Mischke, prof. of IMD, discussed how #EQ skills - self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills - can help women lead with confidence, challenge biases, and foster inclusive workplaces. Your insights and expertise truly elevated the event. Thank you! We would like to thank all the attendees for their presence and engaging interaction during this event.
