The global jobs crisis requires a bold shift in policy. Economic stability alone won’t create the jobs we need for sustainable development. Macroeconomic policies must be designed with employment creation at their core. From fiscal to monetary policies, we need strategies that foster job-rich growth and ensure decent, inclusive work for all. This is more than just a policy adjustment—it’s a paradigm shift that can unlock a future where employment is not a secondary goal but a primary objective.
