Our one and only Joseph Taft is presenting at the Festival of Biologics Basel today, where he will discuss our unique ML-guided approaches to engineer specTR engager molecules to very high affinities and specificities. By engineering these properties, Joe and our TCR engineering team (Tamara Lichtenstein, Chiara Lamanna, Valentin Junet) ensure that our specTR molecules target tumour cells (and very soon, inflamed tissue) with extreme accuracy to develop highly targeted immunotherapies in oncology and immune-mediated disease. #teameffort #TCR #immunotherapy #precisionmedicine

Last week, our CEO Lars Nieba and CSO Rodrigo Vazquez-Lombardi had a conversation with Handelsblatt about how Engimmune’s soluble TCR drug candidates redirect the immune system against solid tumours.   They also discussed how coupling advanced protein engineering methods with AI helps us identify extremely rare drug candidates that are both potent and safe. By leveraging these technologies, we continue with our mission to develop effective targeted immunotherapies to help patients suffering from cancers for which limited treatment options exist.   Video (English), Article (German).
