What a great first few days at #WindEurope2025! If you're here, don't miss the chance to meet Cristoffer Kos, Business Development Manager at DNV and the rest of his colleagues at booth F10 Hall D. Cristoffer focus on our software WindFarmer and is passionate about getting to know more about the industry challenges and opportunities in our region.     Wind farm projects are becoming massive compared to what has been built before, with development zones getting crowded. This poses challenges in modeling wakes and blockages, considering neighboring wind farms, and stable atmospheric conditions, which traditional engineering models haven't been tuned for. To address these challenges, DNV has launched CFD. ML, a data-driven model trained on DNV’s CFD simulations. CFD. ML offers near CFD level accuracy at significantly faster runtimes, running in minutes over the cloud instead of days on supercomputers, allowing thousands of layouts to be tested simultaneously.
