Just wrapped up an inspiring few days at the Traction Rec YMCA User Conference! We had a great time connecting with so many of our YMCA clients the past few days and speaking on stage alongside Troy Kasner from YMCA of Greater San Francisco where he shared his Upace success story of how we transformed their tennis court reservation experience. Hearing directly from Troy about the positive impact on member satisfaction with over 7,600 reservations is less than 1 year and operations efficiency was truly rewarding. Holly Ho, Katie Canfield, PMP®, Jason Dobrolecki, MBA, Lara Gilchrist & the TR team deserves MAJOR kudos for organizing such an impactful event and for being exceptional integration partners. It was a pleasure reconnecting with our YMCA partners: Joyce Caudillo & YMCA of San Diego County team, Vanessa Providence & YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-Southt team, Troy Kasner, YMCA of South Florida team, YMCA of Northern Colorado, @Ivens Mendoza, Heather Morningstar, and Kathleen Hester of YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta, Matt Shanahan & YMCA of Greater Brandywine team, Dan Mouw & YMCA of the North team, and many more partners. Your insights and feedback are invaluable to our mission! We also had a special Italian dinner with Matthew Pilla, Megan Wright and her husband Matt Wright, Madi Luke, and Lynda En was definitely a highlight of the past few days - thank you all for the wonderful conversations!
