Investing in the Next Generation: Six New Schools Coming to Alberta EllisDon Infrastructure has officially reached Financial Close on the P3 Schools Bundle #5 project—Alberta’s latest P3 investment in public education infrastructure. We will design, build, finance, and maintain six new future-proof schools to support the province’s rapid growth. Spanning Airdrie, Blackfalds, Calgary, Chestermere, Edmonton, and Okotoks, these schools will welcome 5,550 students across: 1 K-5 school 4 K-9 schools 1 Grade 7-12 school Through the Public-Private Partnership (P3) model, we’re working with the Government of Alberta to deliver these flexible, adaptable schools.
