Excited to highlight some of the incredible dishes from Cerise Fine Catering, beautifully captured in these photos, and served at the Automotive Building, Exhibition Place, as part of Sodexo Live!: 1️⃣ Honey & Sumac Chicken Supreme - Tender chicken with duchesse potatoes, heirloom carrots, mojo sauce, and a sweet honey sumac glaze. 2️⃣ 6 Hour Braised Short Rib - Tender, slow-cooked short rib with Hasselback potatoes, corn & leek puree, veggies, and a rich red wine demi. 3️⃣ King Oyster Mushroom “Scallops” - Savory mushroom 'scallops' served with creamy butternut squash risotto, crispy Brussels sprouts, and drizzled with tomato oil. What an unforgettable night at the Garrison Ball, hosted at our stunning Automotive Building at Exhibition Place! ✨ As part of Sodexo Live!, Cerise Fine Catering had the pleasure of serving a truly standout menu. We kicked things off with K-pop fried chicken, mini quiche Lorraine, and fresh vegetable salad rolls. For the main course, guests enjoyed a melt-in-your-mouth 6-hour braised beef short rib, perfectly glazed salmon with sumac & honey, and the show-stopping king oyster mushroom "scallops" for our vegan guests. We ended the evening on a sweet note with our decadent London Fog crème brûlée – a true crowd favorite! 🍽️ As part of Sodexo Live!, Cerise Fine Catering is proud to deliver exceptional hospitality at some of Toronto’s most notable events.
