We’re proud to see our CEO, LP (Louis-Philippe) Noel, share BioTwin’s vision at Microsoft’s booth during Abu Dhabi Global Health Week 2025. From our early days in Québec to major clinical partnerships in the UAE, our collaboration with Microsoft continues to grow — powered by shared values and a common goal: transforming healthcare through AI. This is just the beginning. #VirtualTwin #BioTwin #MicrosoftForStartups #EntrepreneurshipForPositiveImpact #ADGHW2025 #AIinHealthcare #PrecisionPrevention
Scientifically driven entrepreneur | CEO @ BioTwin | Redefining healthcare with AI-powered virtual twins
From #QuebecCity to #AbuDhabi, our journey with Microsoft has been anything but ordinary. 🌍✨ I had the honor to present at Microsoft for Healthcare’s booth at Abu Dhabi Global Health Week, sharing BioTwin’s vision for #VirtualTwin Technology for Precision & Prevention in #Oncology. 🎤🧬 A powerful moment reflecting the long journey we’ve taken with Microsoft. It started back in Québec City at LE CAMP, where Sebastien first introduced me to André Michel and his team at Microsoft Québec, including Laetitia Bigot, who’ve shown unwavering support from day one. 🤝 They opened the door to Helia Mohammadi, Ph.D. and Peter Jones from the Microsoft Canada healthcare team. With their support, we earned our place in Microsoft for Startups, with Josie Di Paolo, MBA guiding us from inside. 🚀 Through this, we met Sally Ann Frank, a key supporter and advisor who continues to be instrumental in our evolution. 💡 And of course, Jean-Philippe Courtois, whom I had the honor of meeting before his retirement, alongside Chris Barry, then President of Microsoft Canada. Jean-Philippe played a decisive role in bringing BioTwin into the Microsoft's Entrepreneurship for Positive Impact Impact program, led by Anthony Virapin, along with Edit Szendrodi and Julia Youngs. 🌱🏆 During a visit to San Francisco supported by Hub71, I also had the chance to sit down with Gabriela de Queiroz — a memorable and inspiring exchange on AI and the challenges we face. 🤖💬 I later had the pleasure of meeting Didier Ongena Onega — yes, again at LE CAMP — to further explore BioTwin’s development path. 🔬 On the #UAE side, our first contact was Mohammed Saleh, then came Amit Batra and Ruthy Kaidar, who brought deep local insight and trust. 🌐💼 Together with David Rhew, M.D. and Microsoft’s PR support Cecilia Davis, we announced in January a major milestone with Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, a project to validate BioTwin’s #virtualtwin technology and prepare future deployment in real-world clinical settings. 🏥 And just this week, I met Elena Bonfiglioli in person — someone who has long championed healthcare innovation at Microsoft globally. It was a powerful moment of alignment, shared purpose, and conviction meeting her with our esteemed advisor Prof. Stephen R. Grobmyer, MD, FACS. 🤝 The task ahead is tremendous, and the pressure on BioTwin’s shoulders is real — almost overwhelming at times. 🔥 But knowing Microsoft is walking this journey with us is reassuring. 🙏 Great partnerships don’t happen by accident — they come from people who share the same vision: transforming healthcare through AI, together. 💙 Now guess where me & Anthony Virapin will be sharing the stage next May 7th? Québec Slush’D, again thanks to LE CAMP for making this happen!
