[WEBINAIRE - Vélopark 🅿️🚲] Velopark : comment les communes wallonnes peuvent rendre leurs parkings vélos visibles dans les outils numériques ? Le lundi 28 avril, de 11h à 12h, nous explorerons les possibilités et les fonctionnalités de Velopark . Velopark est une plateforme rassemblant tous les parkings vélos du pays, dont les données sont sous le contrôle des communes. Velopark compte déjà plus de 3100 parkings disponibles en open data pour des applications et des planificateurs d'itinéraires. Velopark est une initiative du Fietsberaad Vlaanderen mise gratuitement à disposition des villes et des communes. Avec le soutien du programme Shift Your Mobility du gouvernement fédéral, la plateforme est en cours d'extension, notamment pour les communes wallonnes et les gestionnaires de parkings vélos. Onze Boundaries-API is geüpdatet om deze veranderingen correct weer te geven, inclusief nieuwe gemeente-, arrondissement- en provinciegrenzen. De data dekt niet enkel België, maar heel Europa, is vrij beschikbaar als open data, en zorgt er zo voor dat kaarten en toepassingen up-to-date blijven. 📣 OME2 Project and Nazka Mapps bring boundaries into the open to show benefits of harmonised data. Initially created by Nazka Mapps for its internal development process, the open solution boundaries-api.io is now available to the wider public thanks to the Open Maps For Europe open data licence. The API uses EuroGlobalMap and EuroRegionalMap, multi-themed topographic datasets which have been enhanced and updated by the Open Maps For Europe 2 (OME2) project and are available via the Open Maps For Europe portal: www.mapsforeurope.org. Ann Crabbé, Product Owner, boundaries-api.io, Nazka Mapps, said: “Without the OME2 project, it would not have been possible to create our Boundaries-API, which is designed for application builders that do not want to worry about collecting, harmonising, storing and updating data on administrative boundaries. If this data was not available, we would have to revert to petitioning each country individually, or make use of global datasets that can be unreliable for local situations.” “With Open Maps For Europe we gather information from the source – the national geographical agencies – so we know that we can trust this data. And, as Open Maps For Europe datasets are open, we then decided to make our solution open to give other map application builders access to accurate and up-to-date boundary information without the hassle of data collection and maintenance.” The OME2 project is co-funded by the European Union. It is being delivered by a consortium comprising: EuroGeographics, NGI - National Geographic Institute; IGN - French Mapping Agency (Institut Géographique National); Ελληνικό Κτηματολόγιο – Hellenic Cadastre; General Directorate for the Cadastre, Spain; and Kadaster. Service 5 (SE5) helps cities understand and prepare for flood risks, now and in the future.💧 🌱 What does it do? - Assesses flood damage from different scenarios and how blue-green infrastructure (BGI) can help reduce urban flooding. - Evaluates retrofit strategies that integrate green solutions to boost urban flood resilience. 👀 First insights from the ongoing Capitan Taki Capacity Building on water quality monitoring from 31 March until 4th of April 2025 in Belgium: 🤝 sharing knowledge and challenges, 💡 being inspired and impressed, 🌉 building bridges, 🌊 making waves and 🤩 having FUN!

Dankzij Way To Go hoef je sinds kort niet meer te verdwalen onderweg naar de dichtstbijzijnde deel-wagen, -fiets, of -step! 👇👇👇 Way To Go zet zich in om gedeelde mobiliteit in heel België te versterken. Hun gloednieuwe website (Statik!) en deelmobiliteitskaart (Nazka Mapps!) biedt een duidelijk overzicht van beschikbare aanbieders en voertuigopties in iedereen zijn buurt. 💡 Maar wist je al dat we naast de kaart ook een minder zichtbare maar minstens even belangrijke component hebben ontwikkeld? Een krachtige engine verzamelt en uniformiseert voortdurend data van verschillende aanbieders, en stelt alles via een eenvoudige API beschikbaar voor verder gebruik.
