#CustomsAndBorderNews: In a major international operation, the Ecuadorian National Police (Policía Nacional del Ecuador), alongside Germany’s LKA Baden-Württemberg, German Customs (ZFA Stuttgart), the Spanish Guardia Civil, and Europol, dismantled a criminal network trafficking wholesale cocaine to the EU via major ports. #CustomsAndBorderNews: French authorities seized 10 tonnes of cocaine at the port of Dunkirk a few weeks ago, marking the largest-ever drug haul in metropolitan France.  The shipment, concealed in containers and originating from South America, has an estimated market value of about €320 million. This seizure accounts for nearly a fifth of all cocaine confiscated in France last year, highlighting the nation's escalating efforts against drug trafficking. The operation, coordinated with Moroccan authorities, caught the suspects unloading the drugs from a semi-rigid boat at El Guincho beach. The driver was arrested as part of a broader anti-narcotics initiative in the Campo de Gibraltar region, underscoring efforts to combat drug trafficking. Further arrests may follow as investigations continue.
