    We have had a phenomenal response to our free to join Graduate Program Benchmarking initiative. In a first of its kind, Benchmarcx is are conducting a benchmarking exercise to identify the Top Graduate Employers for Career Development and Learning Outcomes in 2025. This initiative aims to: - Benchmark graduate program outcomes and experiences across leading graduate employers through insights provided by those who have completed programs in 2023, 2024 and 2025 - meaning we look at the real impact of programs on starting careers. - Provide employers data-driven insights into how they compare, what’s working, and what could be improved - Help future graduates make informed choices about their early career pathways through our new University Careers Portal - showcasing the very best employers from the data collected. - Recognise employers that truly invest in long-term graduate success. We’re inviting graduate employers to take part in this initiative for free. Why participate? - You'll receive an overall score versus our benchmarking data to help improve your program outcomes. - Your program may be featured in our 2025 Top Graduate Employers report. - You’ll have the option to appear in our University Career Service Portal, helping you attract top graduate talent more effectively through real insights and data. The Benchmarcx Top 100 isn't about clicks on job ads or early days' experiences; it's about substantial career growth and learning that lasts. By tapping into data collected from graduates who have completed employer programs, we aim to identify the top graduate employers that excel in career development, readiness, and learning. Why this matters: ● Feedback, Real Insights: We gather direct feedback from graduates one and two years after completing their programs. This helps us understand the long-term impact of the programs on career readiness and development. ● Deep Dive Data: Participating employers can access real-time data and benchmark across extensive criteria including role, program stream, and more. ● University Collaboration: Through our data, we enable universities to guide students towards programs that truly benefit their career ambitions based on alumni experiences.     This is my favourite mid-demo comment from a Head Of Recruitment. It matters because I designed Benchmarcx to solve a candidate experience problem I had faced for years when I was a Head of Recruitment. There was nothing on the market that could help me. Now there is and we are globally unique. And we are also unique in another way as we are built by not just me, but other recruitment leaders - our customers, who have co-designed new features and enhancements with us.
