In a first of its kind, Benchmarcx is are conducting a benchmarking exercise to identify the Top Graduate Employers for Career Development and Learning Outcomes in 2025. This initiative aims to: - Benchmark graduate program outcomes and experiences across leading graduate employers through insights provided by those who have completed programs in 2023, 2024 and 2025 - meaning we look at the real impact of programs on starting careers. - Provide employers data-driven insights into how they compare, what’s working, and what could be improved - Help future graduates make informed choices about their early career pathways through our new University Careers Portal - showcasing the very best employers from the data collected. - Recognise employers that truly invest in long-term graduate success. We’re inviting graduate employers to take part in this initiative for free. Why participate? - You'll receive an overall score versus our benchmarking data to help improve your program outcomes. - Your program may be featured in our 2025 Top Graduate Employers report. - You’ll have the option to appear in our University Career Service Portal, helping you attract top graduate talent more effectively through real insights and data. Participation is free, and we’ll guide you through the simple process.
