We have had a phenomenal response to our free to join Graduate Program Benchmarking initiative. In a first of its kind, Benchmarcx is are conducting a benchmarking exercise to identify the Top Graduate Employers for Career Development and Learning Outcomes in 2025. This initiative aims to: - Benchmark graduate program outcomes and experiences across leading graduate employers through insights provided by those who have completed programs in 2023, 2024 and 2025 - meaning we look at the real impact of programs on starting careers. - Provide employers data-driven insights into how they compare, what’s working, and what could be improved - Help future graduates make informed choices about their early career pathways through our new University Careers Portal - showcasing the very best employers from the data collected. - Recognise employers that truly invest in long-term graduate success. We’re inviting graduate employers to take part in this initiative for free. We're shifting the focus from initial impressions to tangible career outcomes with our new initiative. The Benchmarcx Top 100 isn't about clicks on job ads or early days' experiences; it's about substantial career growth and learning that lasts. By tapping into data collected from graduates who have completed employer programs, we aim to identify the top graduate employers that excel in career development, readiness, and learning. Why this matters: ● Feedback, Real Insights: We gather direct feedback from graduates one and two years after completing their programs. This helps us understand the long-term impact of the programs on career readiness and development. ● Deep Dive Data: Participating employers can access real-time data and benchmark across extensive criteria including role, program stream, and more. ● University Collaboration: Through our data, we enable universities to guide students towards programs that truly benefit their career ambitions based on alumni experiences. Employers on Benchmarcx for Graduates already, and at no extra cost, will gain access to their real-time feedback and benchmark these across all employers. This data empowers employers to benchmark their performance on various metrics against industry standards and segment it by multiple criteria such as role, university, gender, and more.
