The Sherpa Team was proud to lend a hand at the opening of Serving Our People Inc.'s third free supermarket in Beenleigh. It was a jam-packed morning, helping dozens of individuals and families access essentials like food, cleaning supplies, toys for the kids and we shared meaningful conversations with those doing it tough. You might remember that late last year, we donated an apartment at Perspective Nexus to Serving Our People (SOP). Our mission is to invest in the broader community through service, and we’re excited to continue building a strong, long-term partnership with SOP.

Flourish on Sixth Ave is powering along, with demolition already complete and prep underway for the piling rig to arrive onsite next week. Hear from Mark Short, one of the Directors of LPS Group, and Eloisa Greenham, from Sherpa, on what you can expect over the coming weeks in Palm Beach.

From next Monday, March 3, asbestos removal will commence, and the excavator will arrive onsite shortly after to start basement works.
