Dan MacKillop, the team at MADAD and Kelly Gray from Sparc* recently joined us to ‘turn the first sod’ on what will be a 10,000sqm logistics warehouse and two offices. A huge thanks to everyone involved, we can't wait to bring this project to life!

Developments Update l While construction has been underway for some months, yesterday we officially celebrated the sod-turn ceremony at Elements Budds Beach—joined by some of our local buyers, our development and construction team, and valued partners! With over 70% of our two and three-bedroom Azure Collection already sold, we’re so pleased to see buyers backing the certainty McNab brings to the market—along with the rare opportunity to buy into Budds Beach, the first new development in the area in more than a decade. Next up: the launch of our Horizon Collection is just around the corner—only 10 half-floor residences designed for those seeking something truly special in one of the Gold Coast’s most tightly held enclaves. We just ‘topped out’ Maroochy Private Hospital a month ahead of schedule! This is a huge milestone in delivering a ten-storey, world-class healthcare facility on the Sunshine Coast, reaching its highest structural point in just 14 months of construction. We came together with Rosanna Natoli, Daevyd Rodda, Srimathi Iyengar, Amanda Yeates, Tony Perkins, and Kunjan Ganatra along with key project partners to celebrate the occasion. Last week we celebrated the opening of Jinndii Waijung (meaning ‘Mother’s Nest’ in Yugambeh language) with Housing Minister Sam O'Connor MP, Kate Mills, Victoria Parker and Louise Kelly. We’re proud to have partnered with The Lady Musgrave Trust to build transitional housing for vulnerable young mothers and their children, supported by the Queensland Government’s Housing Investment Fund. The Lady Musgrave Trust brought together an incredible team of consultants (and, of course, a great builder and our subcontractors) who generously donated their time and services to this project, a testament to the incredible work The Trust does every day. PROJECT WIN l We’re excited to announce that we’re kicking off our first project in Sydney (and our 5th project together) with our valued client MADAD!  MADAD have trusted us to deliver four successful projects here in Queensland and now, we’ll be in Sydney constructing a 10,000sqm logistics warehouse and two offices alongside Sparc*.  A huge thanks to MADAD for their ongoing trust in us to deliver another top-tier industrial facility!  

Check out the new DSV - Global Transport and Logistics warehouse and office we delivered for valued client Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd, which has been delivered to a 5-star equivalent rating. This 47,797sqm project now features a wash bay capable of recycling water up to 100L per minute and a 99KW solar system. Plus, this is our first project using 100% carbon reduced concrete. Altogether, this saved approximately 620 tonnes of CO2, which is equivalent to the annual absorption of around 70,000 trees! We’re thrilled to have played a part in expanding the DSV - Global Transport and Logistics business in Queensland. We were recently joined by Housing Minister Sam O'Connor MP, Sam Betros and Robert M. alongside BHC Creating Liveable Communities and Cox Architecture to celebrate the commencement of construction of a 158-unit social and affordable housing complex in Southport which is proudly supported by the Queensland Government’s Housing Investment Fund. We can’t wait to deliver more homes for those who are in critical need.

PROJECT WIN l We’re excited to share we’ve teamed up with Charter Hall in conjunction with Modalus to deliver a new logistics and distribution warehouse for a major Australian hardware brand! This 40,000sqm purpose-built logistics and distribution warehouse will feature 15 loading docks, 800sqm office, three dock offices and a 21,730sqm external hardstand – all delivered to a 5 Star Green Star Rating. This will be our third project with Charter Hall and the first to be delivered in the new Flagstone Logistics Estate. Stay tuned for the completion pics! Nathan Cairney

Check out the new food processing and distribution facility for ISPT and tenant MOCO Food Services in Wacol. This facility features diverse temperature-controlled zones, including 5,000 sqm of freezer space, 5,500 sqm of coolroom, and a dedicated 4,500 sqm ambient room. This was our first project with ISPT and Aliro Group, and, as always it was a privilege working alongside Bootooloo Property. Here’s to many more successful projects together!
