Excited to welcome AMP to our Growth Credit portfolio!   AMP is an AI-powered platform that helps Shopify DTC brands scale and boost revenue through buyer intent and AI-driven onsite personalisation. It enables fast, profit-driven decisions with deep insights and predictive modelling for sustained growth.   Some of the funds raised were used to acquire Back in Stock, a leading Shopify app that alerts customers when sold-out items are available. The acquisition adds more than 25k customers, including SKIMS, Kylie Cosmetics, UGG and Red Bull, while strengthening its AI capabilities to capture buyer intent data and enhance personalised shopping experiences.   “The acquisition will significantly bolster our platform, allow us to keep solving multiple problems for e-commerce merchants under one roof, and at a competitive price. We’re incredibly proud of BiVACOR, who have announced Australia’s first implant of its Total Artificial Heart as a clinical success!   The patient was the first in the world to be discharged home with the device while awaiting a heart transplant.    After 104 days on the BiVACOR Total Artificial Heart, he received a donor heart and successfully underwent transplant surgery.
