That was the central message at deepX, our annual Investors & Portfolio Day at the ISTA campus, where science, startups, and investors came together to discuss and connect. We opened the event with one question to the audience: 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡? The resounding answer: Talent.
