With a strong background in 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 and years of experience in the 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, she’s now helping drive Podero forward. Originally from Italy, Antonella is a proud mom, a padel tennis enthusiast, and loves beach walks with her dog, deep house in her ears. She’s also big on Italian cooking, good wine, and jazz nights with friends. We’re so excited to have her on board!

⚡️𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐚⚡️ — not just to enjoy the Viennese cuisine (though yes, also that), but to think, design, and build together. Since we usually work remotely across different countries, we kicked off the week syncing on Q2 goals and roadmaps, then jumped into a fast-paced (half) Design Sprint to dive deep into product and system-level questions. No prototyping this time – just sharp problem framing, early validation, and plenty of scribbles. 📸 Tuesday brought company pictures. By midweek we ran a joint retro, kicked off a Hackathon, and (side quest) went karting. By Thursday, people were still huddled over laptops — or catching flights home — with more ideas than when they arrived. 𝐁𝐢𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞, 𝐟𝐮𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞. Outside of Podero, he’s finishing his 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 at WU Vienna, is gearing up to run the 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧 this Sunday, and makes a seriously good shakshuka. His happy place? The beaches of Portugal – no surprise, as he’s proudly half Portuguese 🇵🇹☀️ We’re thrilled to have him on the team, supporting our customers and making it all run smoother!

As a 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 Intern, he’s been a great asset — a true team player who brings fresh ideas and isn’t afraid to think outside the box. Outside of work, Nicolas lives for everything racing and has a soft spot for his Golf Cabrio, proudly inherited from his granddad. 🏎️🌞 We’re excited to have him on board and can’t wait to see what he drives forward next!
