Podero’s Post

⚡️𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐚⚡️ — not just to enjoy the Viennese cuisine (though yes, also that), but to think, design, and build together. Since we usually work remotely across different countries, we kicked off the week syncing on Q2 goals and roadmaps, then jumped into a fast-paced (half) Design Sprint to dive deep into product and system-level questions. No prototyping this time – just sharp problem framing, early validation, and plenty of scribbles. 📸 Tuesday brought company pictures. By midweek we ran a joint retro, kicked off a Hackathon, and (side quest) went karting. By Thursday, people were still huddled over laptops — or catching flights home — with more ideas than when they arrived. 𝐁𝐢𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞, 𝐟𝐮𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞. This is such a powerful example of how remote teams can still create strong bonds and drive meaningful progress when they come together with clear goals. Love the balance between strategy, collaboration, and just having fun — a great reminder that growth happens both in focused sessions and shared experiences. Hats off to the Podero team! 🎉

Excited to be part of the team!
