Since we usually work remotely across different countries, we kicked off the week syncing on Q2 goals and roadmaps, then jumped into a fast-paced (half) Design Sprint to dive deep into product and system-level questions. No prototyping this time – just sharp problem framing, early validation, and plenty of scribbles. 📸 Tuesday brought company pictures. By midweek we ran a joint retro, kicked off a Hackathon, and (side quest) went karting. Outside of Podero, he’s finishing his 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 at WU Vienna, is gearing up to run the 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧 this Sunday, and makes a seriously good shakshuka. His happy place? The beaches of Portugal – no surprise, as he’s proudly half Portuguese 🇵🇹☀️ We’re thrilled to have him on the team, supporting our customers and making it all run smoother!
