Converting businesses into brands | Creating Insane marketing and sales systems for your brands to 10X your growth.

I remember the time I couldn’t afford 2 meals a day. Now I’m part of one of the richest clubs in Dubai. ↳ Lived on instant noodles. ↳ I used to skip lunch just to save money. ↳ Said no to coffee meetups because I couldn’t afford one. I wasn’t chasing luxury. I just wanted to survive. But instead of giving up… I studied. ↳ I learned how to sell. ↳ I learned how to write cold emails. ↳ I learned how to fix broken sales systems. And I built a system that worked. Not just for me - For B2B founders I work with today. Now? ↳ I help companies generate high-intent leads ↳ I’ve built a business that runs on results, not luck ↳ I charge more for 1 hour than I used to make in a month The truth? It wasn’t easy. But it was worth it. If you’re in that season of struggle right now. Keep going. You’re closer than you think. ❤️ (Repost this ♻️ to motivate your friends.) P.S. Have you ever gone days with skipped meals too?

Converting businesses into brands | Creating Insane marketing and sales systems for your brands to 10X your growth.

" Pascal … your strategy saved my business." What if you heard that sentence twice in one day? Last week, I got a message from a B2B founder who had been silently following my posts for months. He finally implemented my outbound system. → Fixed his follow-ups → Cleaned up his pipeline → Booked 5 sales calls in one week His words? "You made it so simple. It finally clicked." Felt surreal. Then, later that day, another founder I worked with messaged me: “That CRM automation you helped me set up? I got 3 deals on autopilot.” That’s what gets me fired up. → Real people → Real problems → Real systems that solve them I don’t share this to brag. I share it because this stuff works. And when it’s done right. It changes everything. If you’ve ever supported my content, shared a post, or just dropped a comment… Thank you. You’re a part of this too. ❤️

B2B Founder: “Our outbound strategy isn’t working." Me: Here are the 7 aspects you should work on: 1. Personalization → Tailored message or copy-paste? 2. Positioning →  Solving pain, or selling features? 3. Channels  → Multi-touch or one-trick pony? 4. Targeting → Right person, or just any title? 5. Follow-Ups → Are you stopping too soon? 6. Offer → Is there urgency or just fluff? 7. CRM → Clean system or total mess?     You don’t need to “work harder.” You need a system that works without you babysitting it. I help founders build this every day. Plug it in. Let it run. Fix what's broken. (Repost this ♻️ to help your friends.) P.S. Which of these 7 is secretly hurting your sales right now?

I was a lawn-mower making $625/month. Today people call me a "Sales Guy" on LinkedIn. (If I can do it - you can do it too) Part 1: ↳ I didn’t blow up on social. ↳ I didn’t have fancy credentials. ↳ I didn’t buy my way in with ads. What I did? I mastered the unsexy stuff no one talks about: 1. Turning LinkedIn into a lead engine 2. Writing cold emails that actually get replies 3. Automating follow-ups with CRM workflows 4. Building systems that don’t break when you scale And slowly - referral by referral, DM by DM. I built a business that doesn’t rely on luck anymore. Today? Founders and B2B teams come to me when their pipeline dies, their sales team stalls, or they’re just tired of guessing what works. Because I don’t sell “tactics” I install systems that brings high-intent leads. Part 2: If you're not there yet, start here: 1. Use data to target the right people. 2. Fix your LinkedIn profile → It’s your silent pitch. 3. Send emails that solve problems, not pitch decks. 4. Automate your follow-ups. CRMs can save your sanity. Build your system once → let it work for you daily. Sales don’t break overnight. They collapse quietly when your system is missing. And that’s where I come in. P.S. Still chasing leads manually - or is your system doing it for you? Yes or No?

I almost closed the wrong client. He pushed me back to the stone ages. On paper, it looked perfect: 1. Big company 2. Decent budget 3. Seemed ready to buy     So I chased it. Pitched hard. Built a custom proposal. Even reshuffled my pipeline to make room for them. But two weeks in… 1. Endless revisions 2. Team misalignment 3. Zero decision-making power Turns out -  I wasn’t speaking to the buyer. I was talking to someone who “loved the idea” but couldn’t even approve coffee budgets. It drained my time. Killed 2 other deals I didn’t follow up on. And left me questioning everything. That’s when I changed my system. 1. No more chasing low-fit leads 2. No more guessing who’s in charge 3. Just clean, verified, high-intent decision-makers Now? • Close faster • I qualify faster • And work only with the right-fit clients Lesson? The wrong client doesn’t just waste time - they block better ones. P.S. Is your pipeline full of potential or just full of noise? Let's fix that. 💬

A CMO ignored me for 6 weeks. But booked a call with this one trick. Most people would’ve moved on. But I didn’t. Because the data told me something was shifting. → They were hiring in the marketing team. → The company had just raised funding. → Their pipeline was scaling fast. So instead of a follow-up that said: “Just checking in…” I said: “Saw you’re hiring two SDRs - want help filling their calendars fast?” Boom. She replied in 8 minutes. Closed in less than a week. We booked a call the next day. Why did it work? Because I didn’t follow up blindly. I used real-time intent signals - not guesswork. I made the follow-up about her, not me. Timing isn’t just luck. It’s data + patience. Repost this ♻️ so that no one ignores you again. P.S. Do you also say "just checking in? Yes or No?

Converting businesses into brands | Creating Insane marketing and sales systems for your brands to 10X your growth.

My boss said I’d never make it.  (I cried that day and it drove me crazy) It was my first sales job. I was eager, ambitious, and totally clueless. After weeks of struggle, he called me into his office: "Look, sales just isn't your thing. Maybe consider something else." Then he put me on notice period.  I felt embarrassed - rejected and shattered. Instead of quitting, I started studying great salesmen. I practiced cold emails after work. I woke up early to improve my skills. I practiced on how to talk to people. Slowly, I improved: Landed my first client after 28 days. Earned more in commissions than my salary. Set a company record by signing 4 more deals. Months later, that same boss said: " Good job and you're staying here with us." But my heart told me something else. So I planned to leave and never looked back. (Lesson)  Criticism can sting - but it can also ignite a fire. Never let anyone's opinion limit your potential. P.S. Did I do the right thing? Yes or No?

I had a heated argument with a new client last Friday. On our very first call 😱 He believed cold emailing was "spammy," I knew it was his ticket to growth. Things got intense quickly: Voices rose. Tensions grew. Objections flew. But instead of escalating, I challenged him: "Give me 72 hours. If I'm wrong, fire me." He hesitated - but agreed. We sent 50 targeted, hyper-personalized emails. Within 72 hours: 3 meetings booked. 1 new client closed. $4,500 in the pipeline. Today, he's a believer. Not just in the process, but in taking calculated risks. Lesson? Disagreements can build trust - if you deliver. (Bonus) Great results quiet even the loudest doubts.🤝 Repost ♻️ this success story with your friends. P.S. Ever had an argument with your client? Yes or No?

I spent thousands on an MBA but learned business from cold emails. (Most expensive lesson of my life.) When I graduated with my MBA, I felt invincible. I only had a fancy degree. I quickly realized: 1. The MBA taught me theories and frameworks. 2. My degree didn't teach attention-grabbing. 3. Textbooks didn't teach email-writing. 4. Jargon didn't close real clients. (But cold emailing taught me:) 1. How to write messages that get replies. 2. Turning rejections into conversations. 3. The real psychology behind sales. 4. How to find and qualify leads. Degrees look good on walls. But skills fill pipelines. Want a real sales education? Start sending cold emails. Your business (and wallet) will thank you. Repost ♻️ for the sake of others. P.S. Which taught you more - your degree or real-world experience?

99% of the employers make this mistake. (And it will cost them) They think paycheck is enough. Absolutely not! People leave when: 1. Growth isn’t an option 2. They feel unappreciated 3. Their efforts go unnoticed Want a team that stays? Do this: 1. Respect their time ↳  Burnout kills productivity. 2. Recognize their efforts ↳  A simple “thank you” goes a long way. 3. Provide real growth ↳  No one sticks around for a dead-end job. 4. Create a culture of trust ↳ Toxicity drives people away - fast. 5. Lead with purpose ↳  People follow vision, not just paychecks. Great teams aren’t bought. They’re built with respect and motivation. Do you agree? Repost ♻️ this to help more leaders. P.S. Did you leave your job or your boss?
