Project Completion: Netcare Garden City Paediatric Ward Refurbishment We are proud to announce the successful completion of the Paediatric Ward refurbishment at Netcare Garden City Hospital, Johannesburg. Completed in March 2025, this project enhances the hospital’s ability to provide exceptional care to its youngest patients. The scope of work included a full refurbishment of the Paediatric Wards, involving extensive alterations and internal divisions. The project also encompassed new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes, along with mechanical, wet services, electrical, electronic, and medical gas installations to ensure a fully functional and modernized healthcare environment. 🏗️Project Progress: Topping Out at Ravenscraig Student Accommodation! A major milestone has been reached at Ravenscraig Student Accommodation—the highest point has been built! This marks a significant step forward in delivering 868 state-of-the-art student beds in the heart of Woodstock, Cape Town. Trevor Hill, our Cape Town Regional Head, had the honour of announcing this achievement, a testament to the expert craftsmanship and dedication of Herman and his on-site team. With construction on track for completion in December, we’re one step closer to delivering another landmark student living development. W3O Gauteng has wrapped up two standout projects, reinforcing our expertise in high-end refurbishments and urban redevelopment. These projects are a testament to our commitment to quality, precision, and delivering beyond expectations. ✅ Emerald Resort & Casino Hotel, Vanderbijlpark Partnering with Hammerhead Design (Pty) Ltd and Executive Surveying, we executed a major transformation, replacing the aging thatch roof with a modern metal structure, extending walkways, and upgrading both the bedrooms and public spaces. A fresh coat of paint—inside and out—completed the stunning refurbishment. ✅ The Atrium, Johannesburg In collaboration with Frans Farmer Architects and Kaofela Quantity Surveyors, we redeveloped a three-story retail building in the heart of Johannesburg, turning it into a vibrant shopping destination and contributing to the city’s urban renewal.
