Our executive chef, Nolizwi Nxele, had the honour of being invited to judge the extraordinary cooking competition by Cooking With Gadgets, a programme by the Charlotte Maxeke Hospital’s Occupational Therapy department, that uses cooking to rehabilitate stroke, arthritis and other patients to regain their independence, self confidence after a life changing health condition.
