  • At Leeu Estates, luxury isn’t just seen — it’s felt. Founded by visionary entrepreneur Mr Singh, this exclusive Cape Winelands retreat is designed for unique guest experiences. Every detail, from its architecture to its vineyards, is curated to create an atmosphere of sophistication.   At the heart of this experience is a passion for fine wine and cuisine. Guests indulge in world-class tastings and dining, where every sip and bite reflects a dedication to craftsmanship and storytelling.   To safeguard its future, the estate embraced a forward-thinking energy solution. A bespoke solar system was designed to blend seamlessly into the landscape — sleek black carports and handcrafted ground-mounted arrays that follow the vineyard’s natural contours. Nothing disrupts the view; instead, the system enhances it. --- Leeu Collection

Being trusted by a customer like Dipula Income Fund Ltd (DIB) to roll out multiple energy projects was a proud moment for myself and for Emergent Energy—but delivering all 9 sites on schedule and within budget was a testament to the teamwork, expertise, and collaboration that made it happen. This was more than just installing solar. It meant meticulous planning and execution across multiple disciplines: * Structural assessments & roof repairs before installation * Council approvals & compliance across provinces * Energy system design & efficiency optimization * Tenant communication & coordination to minimize disruptions By centralising processes and standardizing equipment, we streamlined the project. Allowing us to pass cost and time efficiencies directly through to our client. This wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible cross-functional teamwork between Dipula, V3 Consulting Engineers Pty (Ltd) and Emergent Energy. A special shoutout to the Emergent Energy Engineering and Projects team - especially Roedolph Venter, Mizelda Isaacs, Justin Franke, Lloyd Brown and JT Moorosi. Also, thank you to Mfundo Nkosi and Clayton McLean for the teamwork. You made successful delivery that much easier.

Mega Park is a large-scale industrial business park spanning 80,000m² of lettable space. With a complex mix of steel portal and reinforced concrete frames, multi-pitched roofs, and existing MV reticulation, integrating a solar solution required technical expertise and precision. Over two phases, Emergent Energy designed and implemented a tailored solar solution across multiple rooftops and electrical tie-ins, ensuring the park’s evolving energy needs were met. The result? A more competitive, resilient property where landlords can retain key tenants while unlocking long-term energy savings. System Size: 2,950 kWp Flexible PPA structure enabling capital allocation for further property upgrades
