🔍 #𝗠𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗕𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗠𝘆𝘁𝗵: There’s nothing wrong with letting a contractor stay in a contractor development programme indefinitely. 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵: A well-structured contractor development programme must have clear goals, measurable outcomes, and a defined exit strategy. Keeping contractors in these programmes indefinitely can create dependency, rather than fostering real growth. The aim is to equip participants with the skills and confidence to compete in the open market—not to keep them reliant on the programme. Let’s build independent, capable contractors ready to thrive! 💼
