What exactly, LXC VPS hosting mean?
This is an advance version of openVZ virtualization
technology. It is supported natively by the Linux kernel. LXD
is a new technology which load applications faster than
OpenVZ vm's. This particular hosting supports only LINUX
OS.

How secure is LXC VPS for my data?
By running key services within separate containers, you can

chroot jails, but LXC offers much more than just file-system

What are the limitations of LXC VPS?
Due to its use of Linux cgroups, LXC containers can be

SSD stands for ‘solid-state disk’ or ‘solid-state drive,’ and is

SSD uses flash memory chips to store data and has no
moving parts. This helps eliminate the time taken to ‘find’
data (sometimes called ‘seek time’), which is associated with

What is Cloud SSD VPS?
We are using KVM hypervisor virtualization technology. All
SSD VPS plans come with pure Solid-State-Drives (SSD) with
raid 10. Both Linux and Windows OS supported. We provide
cloud management portal for VPS management. From cloud
portal you can get console access, backup, stop/start/reboot
VPS.

Why should I use an SSD virtual server?
SSD makes things run faster. An SSD virtual server will offer
high-speed read/write performance, quicker provisioning
times and faster random access for your websites, storage,
and software. Basically, any scenario where disk I/O speed is
a factor will be improved by SSD.
What are the advantages of using an SSD virtual server?
There are many pros of using an SSD virtual server, but the
main one is speed. Acess to files is quicker. Our SSD has been

server fitted with SSD is also more environmentally friendly
than a standard virtual server since it will consume less

Can I revert back to my non-SSD server once I’ve upgraded
to SSD?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the different technologies used,
upgrading is a one-way process. To move back to a standard
virtual server, you will need to provision a second server and
migrate the applications and data manually.
How secure is my data in Cloud SSD VPS?
Data is important to any webmaster with high secured
storage capacity and accessibility. As traditional HDD
consists of moving parts, it can result in wear and tear.
Additionally, there are chances of losing data by some small
mishandling. There are no such moving parts in SSD and
hence it eliminates all of the above factors of data loss.
Hence, your data is extremely safe with SSD.

What are the chances of threats?
Websites with a good web presence are more likely to get
attacked by any of the threats – malware, viruses, hardware
crash, network failures, etc. With SSD, these threats are
completely reduced or avoidable to large extent.

What kind of support is provided by Web Werks Cloud?
We are providing two type support, Manage and Unmanaged.
What to do if you forgot your VPS password?
Don't get panic! You can reset your password from the
dashboard.
Where can I found my VPS server load statistic?
By logging in your cloud dashboard you will be able to see
your VPS statistics such as memory, CPU, disk and network
usage report.
What software do I need to connect to VPS server console?
To connect VPS console, you have to use a Java-enabled
browser.

Can I have a trial VPS account?
No, we do not offer trials for any of our Cloud hosting
services. We do not charge a setup fee for VPS packages and
thus you can simply purchase the service and try it for a
month as there is no obligation to renew it afterward. Please
note that the VPS plans do not offer a 30 days money back
guarantee.
Do you keep virtual Machine backup?
Only if you have purchased our backup plan, You can create
manual backup of your VM from cloud dashboard
What is High Available SSD Cloud Node?
This a cloud hosting service in which you can create multiple
Linux or Windows VMS within the define resources that are
provided in that particular package. Our cloud node allows

you to dynamically assign CPU/RAM/Disk/IPs to the virtual
machines. Every virtual machine within the cloud high
availability has its own auto self-healing.
What is the maximum number of virtual machine I can
create in my cloud node?
This purely depends upon your package. For instance, if you
opt for
High Available SSD Cloud Node – 2 Nodes: You can create
max 2 virtual machines
and so on...

Can I install or use my own Microsoft license?
No, end-customer-owned licenses (such as Small Business
Server, SQL Server, Exchange Server, or other server
applications acquired through Microsoft Select or Enterprise
Agreements) are not allowed in Public Cloud Server
environment. Customers are required to report and subscribe
to the additional Microsoft Product Licenses from Web
Werks.
What can I do to ensure that my data is safe and secure?
Here is the checklist that will help:
Make sure you use a strong password with a combination of
small and capital letter, numbers and special characters.
Change your password once at least every 3 months.

Don't grant permission to everyone.
Don't grant FULL permission.
Encrypt your data and database.
Patch and make sure your operating system and
applications are always up to date.
Don't ever install unknown / untrusted applications on your
server.

Can I upgrade my existing High Available SSD Cloud Node or
High available SSD Cloud VPS?
It’s very easy to upgrade a Flexi Cloud Server. Just buy some
additional nodes, and then assign them to the machine. The
system will shut down your machine, upgrade it, and bring it
back up automatically.

How do you allocate resources?
Each cloud server is made up of one or more units called
nodes. A node is allocated a guaranteed share of CPU and
RAM resources as well as SAN storage space and monthly
bandwidth. The more nodes you assign to a Virtual Machine,
the more physical resources will be dedicated to your
system. Unlike many other providers, we do not oversell or
share any resources between machines.
Do I need to have the in-depth technical knowledge to
handle this?
It is very easy to get High Available SSD Cloud up and
running with pre-installed software as it requires very little
experience to get started. However, remember that this is
not a managed service by default, so you will be responsible
for maintaining your server. We, therefore, recommend that

you take the time to gain a basic understanding of Linux /
Windows Server Administration.
Do you offer Managed Services?
Yes, we do offer an optional Managed Service plan starting
Rs.500 per month. It gives you proactive managed support
help for the setup and management of your cloud server

How do you backup data?
Once backups are enabled in your system, it will
automatically be backed up every day, and archived every
week and every month. Thus, you will always have the
opportunity to roll back your Cloud Server in case something
goes wrong.

What if I break my Cloud Server?
If you break your system, you can quickly get it run again
either by restoring a recent backup or by deleting it and
creating a new VM with a clean installation. So, don't panic!
How many IPs do I get?
All systems come automatically configured with 1 dedicated
IP address.
What is High Available SSD Cloud VPS?
High Available SSD Cloud VPS is cloud computing which
runs purely on Solid-State Drives (SSD) with raid 10. The
operating systems supported are Linux and Windows. It
provides high redundancy and high availability features.

Is the cloud powerful?
Yes, it is powerful! Individual cloud machines come in many
state-of-the-art flavors: CPU-intensive, compute-intensive,
memory-intensive, low network latency, general purpose

Yes! Web Werks recognizes that customer data remains the
property of the customer and provides appropriate means for
customers to take possession of their data within a specified
period after service cancellation.

Web Werks cloud operations performs changes to cloud
hardware infrastructure, operating software, product
software, and supporting application software to maintain
operational stability, availability, security, performance,
and currency of the Web Werks cloud. These changes are
performed as part of regular systems maintenance according
to a pre-defined scheduled service period. Regular systems
maintenance is targeted to occur during the statistically

addition, Web Werks will apply emergency maintenance as
required.
Where are your servers located?
We have Tier IV Datacenters located in Mumbai, Pune, USA,
and Dubai.
How do you bill?
You can subscribe to Web Werks monthly, quarterly, semi-
annually, annually and up or bi-annually prepaid plan. The
longer billing period you subscribe to, the more saving and
discounts you enjoy. For add-ons, excess usage or hourly
resources subscribed will be a bill on a monthly basis at the
end of each month.

Is it possible to downgrade our Cloud plans?
No, it's not possible in Cloud VPS hosting. But yes, you can

Yes, we provide Cpanel and Plesk control panel for Linux and
Windows VPS.
Do you support custom OS for your cloud solutions?
Yes, we do! For this, we require custom OS ISO from your
end. So, that we can help you to build your Cloud VM.
