Final Thoughts • Lessons learnt • Talk to many experts - biased view exist! • Taking completely new look on the process, include habitual reference points of the business owners. • Helicopter view is what gives truly big picture and big trends • Regularly talk to Senior Management to maintain link to main goals • Data analyst wearing two hats needs to give an extra thought about how to maximize collaboration with business process owners and get their full buy- in. • Lessons… still to be learnt (future research agenda) • Are KPI based on the data from one process give full picture on the risks or should we blend the data from several processes connected to our main process?
