What is Content? Generally textual information May include images and other rich media Books, journals, manuals, doctrine, web pages,  email, messages, etc. May come in a wide range of formats  PDF, .doc, .txt, XML, .html etc. Has some structure/format and hierarchy Sections, subsections, paragraphs, etc. May have mixed schemas (data organization) One customer site has 25+
