- 3. Blogger WordPress What is Blogging Blogging involves a personal web log, in which a person can write their experience in any field or about new innovations on the internet. Blogger is a blog publishing tools that allows multi user blogs. It was developed Pyra Labs, which was bought by Google in 2003. A user can have up to 100 blogs per account, just needs a G-mail account. WordPress is an open source content management system(CMS) based on PHP and MySQL. More than 27.5% top 10 million websites uses WordPress.

- 5. Signing up Blogger just needs a G-mail account of the user to create a blog. In WordPress, we have to create a separate account in order to create a blog. Sub - Domain Blogspot.com is the sub-domain which is offered by Blogger as default. WordPress has it own sub- domain, called wordpress.com.
- 6. Choosing the Theme Every available theme is free on Blogger. WordPress has free themes as well as paid themes. WordPress has a bunch of quality themes Blogger has old school themes which are very simple to see. Editing the Theme The whole HTML code of the themes can be edited using theme editor in blogger. WordPress allows to add CSS codes in their themes but we can’t edit them.
- 7. Creating any post or page on these platforms are more or less same. Create Posts and Pages AdSense Blogger allows to add AdSense directly through G-mail for any blog. AdSense cannot be added to any blog unless upgrade to paid version of WordPress.
- 8. Custom Design Blogger gives the user full control over their blogs. WordPress doesn’t allow to make changes in their themes. Every design of the blog is Customizable on Blogger. Rather the colors, menus and the background can be customized. Custom Domain Our own domain can also be added onto Blogger at free of cost. A certain amount of money has to paid in order to upgrade to premium package which allows to add custom domain on WordPress.

Two-Step Verification Blogger has the same two-step verification of Google as it has for its G-mail. WordPress has its very own Two-Step Verification System. The Connection of Blogger is Fully Secured. The Connection of WordPress is not fully secured.
