Happy 2025! We’re kicking off the year with excitement and enthusiasm, and what better way to start January than by shining the spotlight on an exceptional team member. Our first Employee Spotlight of 2025 goes to none other than Beth Calabria. Beth is truly an invaluable member of our team, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she brings to the table. Her unwavering dedication, deep knowledge, and passion for her work have made a significant impact on both our team and the broader organization. Beth's ability to connect with people, her problem-solving skills, and her positive approach to every challenge are qualities that we deeply admire. She consistently goes above and beyond, and her contributions play a crucial role in our collective success. We are fortunate to have her as part of our team and look forward to continuing to work alongside her as she continues to inspire and elevate those around her. Beth’s journey with Tower Health is a testament to her passion for healthcare and recruitment. It all began long before recruitment was ever on her radar. After finishing high school and unsure of what direction to take, she decided to spend a year working as a nurse’s aide at Reading Hospital. This year turned out to be one of the most fulfilling of her life, offering growth and insights that would shape the trajectory of her career. This experience sparked the motivation to continue her professional journey, and after completing college, she found herself in a nurse recruiter position within the HR department. This role marked the start of what would evolve into a lifelong career in recruitment. As life’s journey unfolded, Beth transitioned into physician recruitment, a field in which she truly found her niche. Several years later, she returned to the area and was offered a position with Tower Health in Medical Staff Recruitment. Tower Health has profoundly impacted Beth both professionally and personally, and she remains excited to share her enthusiasm for the organization with physicians considering a move. Her love for recruitment, along with its challenges, continues to drive her, and she is eager to continue contributing in the future. Outside of her professional accomplishments, Beth enjoys spending her spare time with her wife at any beach they can find, traveling as much as possible, and indulging in her passion for films and the arts as a cinephile. Her rescue dog, Ralphie, is a beloved companion, often seen accompanying her on walks in the local parks. Beth lives by a quote from Maya Angelou: “I’ve found that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” It’s clear that Beth not only believes in this philosophy but embodies it every day, leaving a lasting impact on those she encounters.
