For the third year, our Filling Hearts campaign has brought together PepsiCo teams, partners, and communities across nine markets – and this year, it was bigger than ever.   During the campaign, PepsiCo and the PepsiCo Foundation delivered over 1.75 million meals and came together as a movement of care and community support.   Thank you to everyone who made this possible. Supporting communities goes beyond words—it’s about action. The PepsiCo Canada team partnered with Food Banks Mississauga, sorting over 23,000 pounds of food—enough to provide more than 230 meals for local families. With a $10,000 donation from the PepsiCo Foundation, this initiative is helping to expand food access and fight food insecurity where it’s needed most. Every effort, big or small, contributes to a stronger, more nourished future. Proud to stand alongside partners who share a commitment to making a difference. The PepsiCo Foundation upholds the principles that water is life and sanitation is dignity, and we believe all communities should have access to safe water. We focus on bringing safe water access to people in the water-risk communities where PepsiCo operates by investing in water conservation initiatives, improving sanitation through water distribution projects and investing in purification through community-based facilities to make water affordable, reliable and safe. Together with our partners, we’re working to provide safe water access. Super Bowl weekend wasn’t just about football—it was about making an impact where it matters most. Through Taste of the NFL 2025, thousands of students gained access to nutritious meals, reinforcing the power of partnerships in addressing food insecurity. Because when kids have the fuel they need, they have the opportunity to reach their full potential. At the PepsiCo Foundation, we believe that fighting hunger goes beyond a single event. It’s about long-term solutions—from supporting school meal programs to strengthening food bank networks, ensuring students have consistent access to the nutrition they need to thrive. The work continues, and so does our commitment to helping contribute toward a future where no child has to learn on an empty stomach. To celebrate International Women’s Day, we’re proud to highlight our She Feeds the World partnership with CARE. As a company rooted in agriculture, PepsiCo knows the crucial role women play in our global food system as nearly half of all agricultural labor in developing countries consists of women. But, many of these women often work without fair land rights or the training and tools they need. That’s where She Feeds the World can help.   She Feeds the World is currently supporting female farmers in Egypt, Vietnam, Pakistan, Colombia, Thailand and Türkiye by providing access to resources and markets and working to develop skills. As of 2024, over 3.6 million female farmers and members of their communities were reached through these efforts.   And we’re still building on our progress. After successfully completing our first phase in Egypt, we’re moving to phase two – investing an additional $2 million and increasing our reach to an additional 180,000 people.   Alongside CARE, we’re proud of the work we’ve done to invest in female farmers and the critical role they play in creating a sustainable, inclusive and regenerative food system. Through our #FoodForGood initiative, we teamed up with our incredible PepsiCo teams in Buena Park & Rancho Cucamonga to deliver 1,000 weekend meal kits—helping ensure kids have access to nutritious meals beyond the school day. Partnerships like this with the Boys & Girls Club of Buena Park make a real difference, helping give children the nourishment they need to learn, grow, and thrive.
