3dI have initiated legal proceedings against PepsiCo in the Islamabad High Court. It appears that PepsiCo’s legal team in Pakistan is struggling to handle the matter appropriately. Therefore, I have formally invited PepsiCo’s international legal representatives to step in and face me directly in court. My demand is simple: justice, transparency, and accountability. If PepsiCo believes it has acted lawfully, then it must appear in court—either through its local team or international representatives—and present its defense. Silence is not an answer when justice is at stake.
