#FocusedFriday On Tuesday 18 March 2025, the Inspections and Intelligence Oversight Division conducted a leadership turnover from Captain Dan Valascho to Captain Carlos Otero with Naval Inspector General VADM John Fuller and Deputy Naval Inspector General Jeffrey Tribiano, SES.  In the Navy, a thorough turnover procedure ensures a smooth transition of responsibilities and knowledge when personnel change roles, with a focus on continuity, accountability, and efficiency.

#MissionMonday The Office of the Naval Inspector General kicked off its Spring "Sailor 360" series with training on Selection Board Processes, Stress Management and Work-Life Balance. These trainings are part of the Navy’s initiative that aims to foster leadership development and professional growth for both enlisted and officer corps through command-managed, innovative, and creative programs.
