Pivot Bio, one of the world's leading agtech companies, has appointed Travis Frey as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Frey, an agricultural innovator and scientist, will lead the company's global research and development, innovation, and science teams at Pivot Bio, recently named one of the world's top Greentech companies by Time magazine. He has served as CTO at Mindful Care and Calyxt, where he contributed to the reverse merger between Calyxt and Cibus. He has also held leadership roles at WISErg Corporation and Monsanto Company. Widely published, he has received dozens of patents on seeds, plant health, and packaging, and developed new genetic technologies for crop yield and disease resistance.

Black Box has appointed Jai Venkat as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for the Americas. Jai will lead revenue strategy & execution, strengthening account management and growing revenue across all industry verticals and horizontal practices. With over three decades of experience in leading sales, services, and transformation initiatives at global technology firms, Jai has held senior executive leadership roles at Allied Digital, Zones, LLC, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Cognizant, Capgemini, and Infosys. His appointment is part of Black Box's broader strategic investment in refining its GTM strategy and strengthening leadership across key industry sectors and service lines.

Mark Wassersug has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Acrisure. Mark will lead Acrisure’s IT initiatives, leveraging his expertise in financial technology, operations, and M&A to support Acrisure’s continued advancement as a global fintech leader. With over 25 years of experience in tech leadership, Mark has served as COO and CIO at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), the parent company of NYSE. During his tenure, he helped scale ICE from a startup to a global fintech firm, overseeing engineering, IT, and operations teams. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University and an MBA from Emory University - Goizueta Business School Business School.

DataVisor, the AI-powered fraud and risk platform, has appointed Tony Kueh its first Chief Operating Officer (COO). He will lead the expansion of DataVisor’s global GTM engine, including marketing, sales, and customer success. With over two decades of experience, he has scaled technology companies from early-stage growth to industry leadership, taking multiple businesses from less than $25M to over $500M in ARR. Tony has held leadership positions at companies like VMware, Neustar, Inc., SAP, and Qualcomm and holds an MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.

Michael Boese has been appointed CEO at Specright, the first purpose-built, patented platform for Specification Management. Michael will lead the execution of Specright’s vision of helping companies digitize and harness the power of specification data across supply chains to reduce costs, accelerate product and packaging development, and drive sustainability. With over 25 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, Michael has held leadership positions at Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, and Taleo and has also scaled B2B SaaS startups. He holds an MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.

Matt Marriott has been appointed Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at M-Files, the global leader in knowledge work automation. Matt will lead M-Files' global sales and GTM strategy, expand the company's presence in key verticals, and strengthen its position as the preferred solution for document management and knowledge work automation. Matt has over 25 years of experience in sales leadership within the software industry. He began his career at IBM, where he held senior leadership roles over nearly two decades, managing global sales teams. Matt also served as CRO for Acoustic (an IBM spinoff) and CyberRes. Most recently, he was SVP of Global Sales and GTM at Quest Software, where he successfully drove revenue growth and expanded market presence.

Rod Mathews has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TeamDynamix, a growing service management and workflow automation software provider. In his new role, Rod will focus on leveraging customer-first strategies, expanding the platform's capabilities, and addressing IT complexity with agility, automation, and AI. Most recently, he served as CEO at Axcient, where he focused on innovation and market acceleration, tripling the company’s growth rate and acquisition by ConnectWise last year. With over 30 years in the tech industry, he has also held leadership positions across R&D, marketing, corporate development, and general management with Barracuda, EMC, Data Domain, and NetApp.

Hugo Saleh has been appointed as President & Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Quantum Motion, a growing quantum computing technology company. He will spearhead the company’s global expansion as well as build the company’s commercial business. Hugo's appointment comes with the company’s incorporation in the United States and recently opened offices in Australia and Europe. Hugo brings over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, which includes Intel Corporation, where he served as the General Manager, and was the Director of Product Management at Google, where he led strategic initiatives and business development. Beyond his professional experience, Hugo holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.

NinjaOne has appointed John Sapone as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). His appointment comes on the heels of NinjaOne announcing a $5 billion valuation and $500 million in Series C extensions that will drive R&D focused on improving employee experiences with devices. John brings over 20 years of experience leading revenue teams at high-growth companies, including Snowflake, ServiceNow, and Nimble Storage, acquired by Hewlett Packard Enterprise company in 2017. Most recently, he led a team at Snowflake that grew revenue from $1 billion to $4 billion.

Trulioo has appointed Vicky Bindra as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Trulioo is a leader in the identity verification industry, working with top banking, payment, and Fortune 100 enterprises, performing business and person verification covering more than 195 countries. Vicky has held senior executive and product leadership positions at prominent financial services organizations, including FIS, Visa, and Mastercard. Before joining Trulioo, Vicky served as CPO and COO at Nuvei and holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. His extensive background in payment solutions, digital commerce, and global market expansion aligns seamlessly with Trulioo's mission to provide the most comprehensive identity verification services worldwide.
