Several employees helped us kick off National Volunteer Month recently by compiling Calming Kits for AWARE Inc. We put together more than 200 adult kits and more than 400 kids kits to distribute to people with mental health and developmental disabilities and early childhood development. Blue Bear even joined in the fun!

Several of our employees recently volunteered at the Helena Habitat ReStore, a non-profit home improvement and furnishings store which funds Helena Area Habitat for Humanity's housing programs while keeping usable items out of the landfill. We also had an opportunity to learn more about the great work Habitat for Humanity does for the greater Helena community, including their recent 250-acre land purchase for a proposed 1,500-home community focused on affordability and sustainability called Rose Hill.
