Why Made in China price keep soaring?

Many customer complain that the China origin products’ price become more expensive day by day.

One factor is because the COVID-19 severe influence in the world, most factories can’t do normal production.which led most orders revert to China. After all,only China is the first to control the epidemic, only Chinese were the first to resume work and production on a large scale.

But high output need huge raw material supporting.

Since the raw material price keep rising.the finished commodities price should following.

Besides,under Chinese government’s policy of electricity&energy saving.most factories reduce output or stop production to response government’s policy. After the production cut, the total export production capacity has come down, and when the production capacity has come down, the price of finished products will rise.

Third,the crazy sea freight pour oil on the flames ,together to make the final price come to a new level.

From long term perspective.the Made-in-China products price difficult to come back to previous lower price,it will revert to a high-value standard.
