What is the TA Cohort Program?

What is the TA Cohort Program?

Are you a Talent Acquisition professional who has been affected by layoffs? Are you feeling lost and unsure of your next steps? Look no further than the TA Cohort program, a community designed specifically for you.

The program began in November 2022, providing insight, coaching, and connections to those affected by layoffs. As the program grew in popularity, it became clear that it was too much for one person to handle alone. So, the program was formalized and given a name: TA Cohorts. Today, it consists of nine coaches and 60+ members.

So, what do members gain from joining the program? First and foremost, job leads. The coaches have a wealth of industry knowledge and connections, and they work tirelessly to help their cohort members land interviews. In addition, members receive personal introductions to hiring managers or TA leaders who are actively hiring. Finally, the program offers opportunities for members to expand their network to people they may never have met otherwise.

Joining the program is completely free. The goal is to help as many TA professionals as possible land job interviews, with the ultimate goal of receiving an offer. The program also offers a number of events and workshops, including exclusive career fairs, workshops, and 1x1 coaching sessions. These offerings are available for a small registration fee.

In the current job market, it can be difficult to stand out. But with the help of the TA Cohort program, members are given the tools they need to be successful. The industry is unpredictable and ever-changing, but together, we can do hard things. Remember that you are only six degrees of connections away from that job offer. So, network, connect, and be of service. Join TA Cohorts today and take your career to the next level.
