Each year real estate sales agents walk away from tens of thousands of dollars. It wouldn't quite as bad except that it is by choice. There are people out there that want to give you their money. A professional is a person whereby people want to give that person their money when they have a problem in order to find a solution. Professionals solve problems for people for a profit. It's not that you can't solve their problem if you're an experienced real estate sales professional it is you don't think that is what you do. You have a "mind set" issue. You have not been trained to think and act as an advisor for a fee. You been trained with possibly hundreds of hours that teaches nothing but how to list or sell real estate. People with real problems want real solutions from professionals.
Do you want more clients? Offer solutions for the needs of people. There are plenty of clients there aren't plenty of providers. Rather than pay to say how much expertise and knowledge you have prove how much you have by doing it and get paid for the opportunity. That marketing is not a cost it is an income. From that service you will have clients who want to do business with you when they need your sale or purchase service because you have proved you are a professional not just advertised it. This is your "pipeline" for more listings and sales and you get paid to do it.
