Hello Gorgeous,

'Do what you love & the money will come' they said.

Did you believe this adage as fervently as I did only to wonder what you must be doing wrong because you keep investing your rapidly diminishing cash reserve in marketing training after marketing training with a zilch ROI?

They did not say you'd end up feeling frustrated, confused or isolated!

You're frustrated because you know you're a great coach & you get amazing results, if you can get the clients! What are you doing wrong? It has to be you right? You follow all the training to the letter going from one programme to another when each one fails to bring in leads let alone paying clients. None of the training feels congruent, hustling really doesn't resonate, building relationships takes time & social media is taking over your life!

You're confused because you've tried high ticket exclusive ~ online groups ~ low end high volume ~ content marketing ~ ads ~ organic reach ~ the latest guaranteed way to earn >$10k a month blah blah blah & still no clients.

Maybe you're helping lots of people, just not getting paid for it in the name of giving value, which surely must return to you at some point. Clearly in the very distant future!

To make it even worse, the world & his wife has decided that coaching is the way to go & not only is it getting harder to stand out in the ever increasing crowd, you keep reading how "everyone else" is killing it, making more money in a month than they previously made in a year in their corporate jobs.

You're starting to question if this is what you're meant to be doing, even though you know deep down, that you are. You're even admitting defeat & thinking about getting a silent investor aka a job even though just the thought of it kills off another spark inside you.

You feel isolated because you have no one in your corner. Friends & family don't understand & besides, you're supposed to have it all together, aren't you & all the other coaches seem to be successful.

So what's the answer? Sorry to disappoint you. I don't have the answers for you :( I did warned you this wasn't another marketing course!

What I do have is a brand new FB support group created after several conversations with coaches just like us who come from a place of integrity in a world that is seemingly still a dog eat dog world out there. I've recently started masterminding & it's opening me up to all sorts of possibilities so this creating this group is a logical step. There is nothing out there to support coaches. Well maybe some paid options & while I truly appreciate the value in investing, sometimes, we just need a support network that is inspired to take the financial pressure out of the picture.

Although the world is changing rapidly, the models we're using are becoming outdated & it's time to create new ones so I invite you to join us. Together we will create something new & in the meantime we will support each other by listening, supporting & challenging each other to grow. It's a place where we can recharge, recalibrate, explore & share what works & what doesn't, ask for help (yes, I really said that!) & offer help where we can. We will give each other what we give our clients, unconditional love & support.

We are moving into a whole new world & whether we realise it or not, I believe we are being prepared for the future of coaching. We will mastermind together & create a new movement that will lead the way through collaboration. We will inspire each other to do what is right for each one of us. We will be there for each other. For free.

Deep down you know that there is a better way. Together we can create a better world :)
