Seafest 2018 - GDG speaks on the future of offshore wind in Ireland

GDG Managing Director, Paul Doherty, was delighted to have the opportunity to speak at Seafest 2018 earlier today. The session which was sponsored by Sustaineable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) focused on "Investing in Offshore Renewables - Can we Capitalise on the Big Opportunity?"

Given GDGs track record in the offshore wind sector across Europe, Paul was delighted to discuss the scale of the opportunity that exists for the Irish supply chain and the potential value of this sector to Ireland inc. Similar sentiments were shared across a panel that included leading developers, SSE and Equinor, PWC and SEAI.
