Let’s say it’s been a minute since you’ve updated your customer segmentation structure and recent market shifts have created a need to reevaluate. Rather than sifting through pages of static product documentation, you can ask the Vendavo AI Assistant to take you through step-by-step instructions directly within your workflow. It brings the old how-to product video to a whole new level.
The AI Assistant will always be available at the right time and will provide context to help you complete tasks more efficiently. It will continually review the most recent product documentation and learn from user interactions to provide the best product experience possible.
We’re doing real-life pressure testing of this first Vendavo AI Assistant to a select group of customers. It’s important and we are going to get this exactly right. All signs point to a powerful, efficiency-enhancing tool for our customers, and it will be rolled out across all our products later this year.
AI has permanently changed how organizations do business, deliver products and services, and interact with others. Agentic AI is helping our organization automate functions, improve user experience, and deliver outcomes that are measured in customer profitability.
