After graduating from Misr International University as a Pharmacist, I decided to challenge myself by learning a new language, choosing to study German (Deutsche). This decision led me to travel to Germany and join HS Bremen University, a transformative experience that broadened my horizons.

While in Germany, I frequently heard my colleagues speak with admiration about Bayer. It quickly became apparent that this organization was not just a company, but a symbol of excellence and innovation in the pharmaceutical industry. The idea of working at Bayer became a shared dream among many of my peers. Inspired by these conversations, I set a clear career goal for the first time in my life: to join Bayer, a leader in advancing healthcare. This ambition fueled my dedication and shaped my path forward, driving me to achieve excellence in every step of my career.

Achieving the Dream: Joining Bayer

In 2015, my dream became a reality when I joined Bayer Consumer Health. This moment marked the beginning of a remarkable journey filled with growth and success. From the very start, I challenged myself to keep growing and to overcome any obstacles I faced, passionately engraving my success. One of my proudest milestones was meeting my targets consistently for three consecutive years, which led to my promotion to Senior Medical Representative in 2018. But the journey didn't stop there. During the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, I continued to develop my skills and push myself further. Despite the tough circumstances, my perseverance paid off, and I was promoted to Key Account Specialist. This milestone fueled my drive for continuous improvement.

Believing that I could reach new heights, I embraced another challenge by applying for the role of Trade Marketing Project Professional. This role presented its own set of challenges, requiring a deep understanding of both trade and marketing dynamics. I dedicated myself to mastering the necessary skills, proving my capabilities, and successfully navigating this field, embarking on yet another journey of growth and success.

Balancing Work and Life: The Key to Success

Discipline is the cornerstone of my life. Every day, I wake up at 4:00 am to follow my workout routine, a practice that stimulates my mind and body, setting a positive tone for the day ahead. This early start keeps me focused, happy, and clear-minded, ready to tackle any challenges that come my way.

The unwavering love and support from my family are the bedrock of my success. They are my everything, providing the warmth and encouragement that fuel my drive to achieve, succeed, and believe in myself. Their constant presence in my life is a source of immense strength and inspiration. My mornings wouldn't be complete without spending time with my beloved Pomeranians pets. The joy I see in their eyes when I come home is priceless. Their unconditional love and loyalty fill my heart with contentment and happiness, making every day brighter. I am an explorer. I have a deep passion for embarking on new adventures, traveling to different countries, and immersing myself in new cultures. Each journey enriches my understanding of the world and fuels my curiosity to learn more about history and humanity. These experiences not only broaden my horizons but also rejuvenate my spirit, keeping me inspired and motivated.
