Feeling Grateful & Honoured:

I’m deeply humbled to be featured in Berge Bulk’s Responsible Business Report 2023 – The Maritime Marshall Plan.

As someone who has always been passionate about creating space for Women in Maritime, being recognized for these efforts is a milestone I hold close to my heart. It’s not just about breaking barriers for women in this traditionally male-dominated industry, but also about paving the way for future generations to see that there is no limit to what they can achieve at sea, and beyond.

Equally meaningful to me was having my story shared on Berge Bulk’s company portal. This kind of recognition doesn’t just affirm the work I’ve done so far, but it also provides me with a renewed sense of purpose to keep pushing boundaries and striving for more. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, and this recognition serves as a reminder that the journey I’m on is one worth continuing.

I couldn’t have come this far without the incredible support of my team and mentors at Berge Bulk. Your encouragement and belief in my potential have made all the difference. I’d like to extend a special thank you to Gurpreet Singh Sandhu , Subrata Saha , Paolo Tonon , and Jude Joseph Rex K , whose leadership doesn’t just provide the foundation for our success—it gives us the freedom and autonomy to truly make an impact.

As I reflect on this journey, I’m reminded that this is only the beginning. There is still so much more to accomplish, and I look forward to continuing to make waves in the maritime industry, building on the foundation of collaboration, mentorship, and empowerment that has been so pivotal in shaping my career so far.
