Excel - Sheet Navigating

Excel - Sheet Navigating

In a workbook with numerous worksheets, a user can navigate from one sheet to another in a number of ways. Usually clicking on one of the worksheet tabs is the norm.

However, if the Workbook has many worksheets, it is often better to use the Mouse to Right Click on the navigation arrows – (See Image above). This will display a list of all the worksheets within the opened Workbook.

Once the uses can see all the worksheets, double clicking on the worksheet from the list will bring the user to that worksheet.

A user can also move from one worksheet to the next by holding down the ‘Ctrl’ key and then pressing the PgUp OR PgDn buttons.

Ctrl + Home will take the user to cell A1.
