Technical Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Oracle eBusiness Suite Financial Modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and interfaces.
- Perform system integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Financial Module.
- Keep up-to-date with Oracle's latest updates and patches, applying necessary updates to the system.
Business Consultation Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their financial and accounting needs.
- Analyze existing financial processes and recommend improvements or modifications to align with best practices.
- Provide guidance on the implementation of industry-specific financial standards and compliance.
- Develop and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Train end-users and key stakeholders on Oracle ERP Financial Module functionalities.
- Participate in project management and change management activities to ensure a smooth transition.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite and its Financial Module.
- Strong technical skills, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and data integration.
- Excellent understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Experience in business process analysis, reengineering, and optimization.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with business stakeholders.
- Project management skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Oracle certification in Financials is a plus.
