Role: Oracle E-Business Suite Techno - Functional Consultant
Location: Mt Juliet, Tennessee (Fully Onsite)
We are seeking an Onsite Techno - Functional Consultant. The desired candidate will work as part of the Supply Chain Operations Technology team to process user assistance tickets that require in-depth functional and some technical knowledge and working experience of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Possesses Functional and some Technical knowledge and expertise of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in discrete manufacturing and Warehouse Management modules.
- Have a good knowledge of Integration frameworks – API, File transfer protocol .
- Provide capability to support Warehouse Operations team- SIT, UAT and go live
- Provide technical assistance and solution delivery to Product Team and Operations leadership
- Create Change Requests as necessary for interim and/or permanent solution as applicable solution. (Experience with tools like Service now, JIRA are desirable)
- Review Technical Design Documents and code to understand and gain knowledge about the functionalities of different EBS components.
- Being able to run SQL scripts to be able to understand production issues
- Interact with Customer and 3rd party teams for IT issue resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Experience investigating, researching, and resolving production issues and performing Root Cause Analysis
- Experience in requirements analysis, solution design, documentation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments.
- PL/SQL Development experience and skills
