ECXA™️ '24 Winners Announcement
We are thrilled to announce the European Customer Experience Awards '24 winners! Congratulations to all the finalists and winners who showcased their remarkable achievements and commitment to customer experience greatness.
This year at the ECXA, we have 26 companies competing across 15 categories, judged by 40 judges.
The journey to recognizing this year's European CX champions began with the ECXA Awards Finals, which took place online via Zoom on September 12th. The excitement continued during the Build-up to the Awards featuring CXTrendTalks™ & the Awards Ceremony, which unfolded on September 19th.
Awards Finals
The Awards Finals day started bright and early with the exclusive CX Coffee event, where finalists and CX professionals gathered for an inspiring morning session. The event was hosted by Joanna Carr CXAD (dip) , CX Consultant at Allegro , with special guest Besim Kosova , Experience Design Consultant and Instructor at EvenUp . It was the perfect way to network, connect, and energize ahead of the finalists' presentations.

Following the networking session, the finalists took to the virtual stage to present their innovative CX initiatives to the esteemed judging panels. Each presentation was a testament to the dedication and creativity of the organizations striving to deliver exceptional customer experiences across Europe.
CXTrendTalks™: Insightful and Inspiring Sessions
The Build-up to the Awards event, hosted by Nils Schmeling , Customer Experience Specialist and Founding Partner at NECXT , delivered a series of insightful discussions and talks under the CXTrendTalks™ title. Nils welcomed three remarkable speakers:

The Awards Ceremony
Following the insightful panel, the highly anticipated Awards Ceremony officially kicked off, hosted by Ian Golding , Global Customer Experience Specialist and CCXP, and Lina Kiriakou , Founder and Principal CX & Service Design Consultant at Dollphin . They thanked the ECXA sponsors, including Clientship CX , and all the event partners.
Then, one by one, the winners in each category were announced, marking the culmination of an incredible day of celebration. The entire afternoon was filled with excitement, inspiration, and a sense of achievement.
And the Overall Winner Is…
To wrap up the evening, Neil Skehel , CEO of Awards International, took the stage to announce the Overall Winner of ECXA '24— Talkmobile ! A massive congratulations to them, all the winners, finalists, judges, and everyone who contributed to making this event unforgettable.
