1. Product Owner🎯
- Responsibilities: Defines the product backlog, prioritizes work based on business value, and ensures the team delivers features that meet customer needs. Acts as the main point of contact for stakeholder feedback and requirements.
- Role: Represents the voice of the customer and ensures that the team is working on the most valuable tasks.
2. Scrum Master🛠️
- Responsibilities: Facilitates Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives), removes impediments that block the team’s progress, and helps the team follow Scrum practices. Acts as a coach and servant-leader to the team.
- Role: Ensures the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices, and supports continuous improvement.
