Maximizing PI’s Potential: How Talent Optimization Essentials Bridges the Gap

Last month, we asked our PI Post readers to respond to a brief survey where we posed questions such as:

  1. Which workplace trend are you most optimistic about for the future?
  2. Which workplace trend do you feel most uncertain about in the future?

We received some great responses and found that most folks look forward to a more flexible workforce (hello, working from home in PJs), advancements in human technology or integration, and growth through evolving talent needs. However, many feel concerned about future challenges stemming from talent shortages, instability in the workforce, and widening generational divides.

Though we can’t predict every possible shift in the workplace, our latest blog shines some light on how our newest software bundle can help you future-proof your organization. With Talent Optimization Essentials, you can incorporate PI data into your daily workflow, promoting transparency and accountability, and creating stronger, more resilient teams that are prepared for whatever the future may bring.

The Reading Nook

We each have an innate need to feel a sense of significance. When absent, our work and lives can feel hollow, and we may lack the vitality our projects and those around us deserve. Author Zach Mercurio, Ph.D. provides us with the roadmap we need in The Power of Mattering: How Leaders Can Create a Culture of Significance.

Mercurio builds an air-tight business case for prioritizing individual and team significance in the workplace. He offers a self-assessment to check your baseline and identify improvements in three key areas related to mattering - noticing, affirming, and needing. The book is full of practical advice around boosting significance, creating a team environment where everyone feels valued, and even building entire organizations that ensure people realize just how much they matter.
